Conditions

The following are the conditions that apply to all client bookings.

1. Full payment is required to confirm a booking. We cannot hold unconfirmed bookings for more than 3 days.
2. Payment can be made by Eurocheque, bank transfer, or if booked in resort in cash, in all cases prior to the lesson.
3. Cancellations: bookings cancelled with at least 30 days notice will be refunded 100%, thereafter bookings cancelled with at least 7 days notice will be refunded 50%, bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will not be refunded. In all cases where a full refund is not possible, i will provide proof of cancellation/non-attendance for the purpose of insurance. I will not cancel lessons due to lift closures, weather or snow conditions apart from off-piste lessons.
4. Insurance: I am covered by professional insurance. All clients are required to have their own insurance cover for the risks inherent in their participation in snow sports activities.
